I have a data one broadband connection from BSNL (ph. no. 033-2467-2046). I pay my bill every month at a timely manner. Yet the service received is pathetic. There is no connection for more than one month. Whenever we lodge a complain with BSNL the staff gives the assurance that they are looking into it but there has been no response ever. We have gone to their office 4-5 times in last 2-3 weeks only to have the same false assurance. We have even launched written complaint at calcutta telephones head office but there have been no result. Lately they have been calling us up every other day to know the status and we have been repeating the same story again and again. I fail to understand their sheer lack of sincerity – I AM NOT GETTING THE SERVICE FOR FREE AND I THINK I DESERVE SOME ATTENTION.Please show me place where I can lodge serious complaint against them as I feel cheated! And a note for others – forget BSNL. There are better providers in the market who will be happy to oblige the customers.
