Unnecessary sursangeet service activation

Location/place: Gwalior

Name of company/service: Reliance Mobile

This is to inform that i’ve not subscribed any sort of sursangeet service on my Reliance GSM number(7879009397) of Gwalior(Madhya Pradesh).This is an unnecessary activation without the willingness of the customer.

Kindly seek into matter as soon as possible and refund the amount(Rs.30) deducted from my account.Further,i don’t want any such activation without my permission.
