Unnecessary money deduction

I am B.Rajesh kumar reddy with reliance GSM sim (8690687850), was getting value added packs without my intervention or permission from company, and money getting deducted. Total 2 packs one on 28/07/17 & one on 29/07/17 was got deducted (total loss of 14 rs for 2 packs). I have informed relaince team earlier also regarding this kind of issue. I tried customer care for complaining the issue but all the no. are useless like 198, *333, 30333333 and few more, by wasting my time to stop these kind of issues. I have mailed to [email protected] on 29/07/17. Please look into the issue and help.
