Name of company/service: Tata Docomo
15 days ago I had bought a Tata Docomo Sim card and was working very well. Suddenly after 10 days of working I got a message saying that my documents are not submitted and I need to submit them whereas I had submitted all the requisite documents at the time of purchase. Later as I was out of station, my card got disconnected. Now I get to know the reason that some one lost the photograph in the process. Why should I be punished for a mistake committed my the Docomo employee?
