I had recharged my phone with Rs200 full talktime and Rs98 2g recharge on 7th Juneout of which Rs5 were deducted for no reason and by next morning my balance came down to Rs114 for which Iwas told that Ihad used 3g which Idid not use.How can they make deductions for 3g when I had rechrged for 2g.The usage also was done at 2oclock at night which is absurd.
I want my money to be refunded so plz help.
