Airtel prepaid service is disgusting as they unnecessarily deduct on live scores, which i have not got it activated and Bannergatta airtel office in Bangalore is a pathetic service center. I spoke to many supervisors from this center and they said they are the managers. Each time i hd to reach these people through CSRs and then again start the entire story from beginning but each time every one has disconnected my call. This live score facility was activated on my num on 07/5/12 and finally got deactivated on 13/05/12. When i did not even opt for this service and this is cheating to customers, i claimed for reimbursement. When i asked for reimbursement they just agreed to reimburse for 5 days but not for complete 37 days. Not sure how many are going through this pain of unnecessary charges. Pls look into this and help me as well as others.
