unnecessary deduction of balance on my tata docomo no. 8439590037

Location/place: modinagar ,ghaziabad . u.p.

Name of company/service: tata docomo

the customer care executives of company did not tell me why my balance(Rs.=214) is deducted on 9th-10th july night. after several times calling they tell me that there is a technical problem on my sim and to wait until 17th july. and when i am calling, the cc no.is not responding.pls i want my money back.
