I am Fareen Fatima an old customer of Airtel telecom services and i was highly satisfied with the services, network & tariff plans including the way your team respond to complains, but unfortunately i have gone through an experience were in i called customer care and requested to one of your executive to activate sms pack on my no. :- 9793307138 but the moment i disconnected the call i got to know that i have been charged for hello tune service & 01 song as well with a deduction of INR 215 from my account balance. I lodged a complaint with a revert call and was made assured that my problem would be solved in 02 days time but nothing happened as such and in terms of resolution to the complaint was the de-activation of hello tune pack which i myself could have done it.
I called again and requested for nodal officer’s no. and was provided the same but that too is not reachable.
Kindly help me in refunding the amount as i never requested for helo tune pack to retain a valued customer of yours.
