this is the complaint regarding balance deduction?
Aircel had automatic activated a service that name is ” Aircel Power play ” the service is being activated on my no. in july i Immediate call to customer care regarding the service deactivate but service not being deactivated and ther are charging every second day 10 Rupees . i 4-5 time punch the complaint for deactivating this service though the customer care . the complaint No. are (9285318694& 9206283571)but service not being deactivated till now they are charging every second day . Even i have been put my no. in Do Not Disturb service .but i still getting promotional call and msg . from aircel itself .
from yesterday i am trying to connect my call to customer care but but its not being connected .
i think now i will take a action against Aircel…….and to file a complaint in consumer court n TRAI.
