Unnecessary balance deduction and not talking properly when customer places his problem to customer care.

Dear sir,
5-6 days ago I had talked to aircel customer care for deactivating my existing service named “Love K funday” they had told me that there is no any existing services on your number and or if any will not be renewed in future.Then also balance from my number has been deducted.Sir kindly help me .Hoping for early response…
