Unnecessary balance deduction

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO PREPAID
they are deducting balance unnecessarily, i recharged with 149 2g recharge for 8GB.
i was using it in a 3g modem…
they deducted my balance saying that it was charged on a site…
not even giving the name of site charged.
