Iam a Tata docomo user and consumer this service necessarily cut our balance of 30 rupees on 17/11/12 than yesrtday i talk with
customer care officer and he replied me refound your money within 4 hours but balance not return to me and my name is devendr jakkannavar my mobile number 8123668079
