on 15 july i have done a recharge for internet pack of rs 17 and there came a msg that this is not applicable in my circle ,ok but when i checked my balance was deducted and i made a call to the customer care and i told that i need the deducted amt back since it was not activated on my account he told that my account is gprs activated and i can go on browsing , and i browsed in 3 min there came msg that my entire balance was deducted for using internet and i again called the executive and told that this was the thing happened and u need to add my bal back to my account finally he accepted the mistake was from tata docomo and told me that my balance will be added back in 4 hrs now its like48 or 56 hrs nothing happened pls help i like to file a case against tata docomo similar incidents have been happened to many of my friends too pl help
