Name of company/service: Vodafone
This is regarding Vodafone Live and Vodafone Connect service. They have chagred me for these services, even though i have not used.
Similar problem occured 3-4 months before and I made complaint on Vodafone. Still there was no positive reply from them, hence I had to unncessarily bear the cost. That time they confirmed that they have deactivated the service.
But this month again they have chagred me for Vodafone Live and Vodafone Connect.
I am really fedup from them.
Please help me.
