on 14th,june 2012 i got a call from Bengali matrimony agent for paid membership about our created profile for my sister’s son,they fixed an appointment for that day only and i will give them time for to come to my house at 8.30pm for collecting door step option for collect the payment of rs.2600,R.No.KK 3434
They have provide me an ID:B1129685 written in this cash receipt which is not created by us or by any of our family members but as per my concern we have only two ID:B1088397 and ID:B1103970 for my sister’s son which is activated now.
Sir from last 5hrs this ID:B1129685 profile shows active but as per my concern I don’t have login details for this account so I don’t know how it can be possible to shown active status in this account
Sir/Madam,pls help me out from this situation,I already give a call to their customer care,help support center and also to their head office also,but they wont cooperate with us regarding this matter,they are just asking me to call different numbers but all numbers provide by them is simply useless.
Me and my sister facing problem with services of Bengali Matrimony.
