I was surprised to find that my petrol tank of unicorn purchased in the year 2004 got rusted from inside and was effecting my whole vehicle.
I have for my personal use vehicles 2 wheeler as well as 4 wheeler more than 20 years old but I have not faced such problem in this vehicles
of different make.
I strongly feel that the supplier of petrol tank has used substandard material in manufacturing the petrol tank that resulted in rusting from inside and
damaging my carbonrator,head etc.
The consumer is at no fault in this case why should he bear the cost of replacement of petrol tank when its faulty supply from your supplier.
I have incurred Rs 5,845/- towards the replacement of the same .
I request you to refund the same or if yourself are unable to refund the same I will have no other option to Approach the consumer court for the same.
