I am Neetu Dahiya and i visited Sarvana Bhavan,P Block – 13,Near Madras Hotel,Behind Shivaji Stadium,Connaught Place,New Delhi on Sunday 15th July”12 with other 4 people around 4:30pm and we ordered for Dosa,Uttpam,Shake etc…while having our meal,we found a fly in the Sambhar and when we called the Assistant manager to complaint about the same,he behaved in a very rude tone and said “Madam yeh itna badi baat bhi nahi hai,aisa to ho jata hai..ismme meri galti nahi hai – yeh kitchen mai ho gaya hoga ” …he behaved as an it was a very small issue and said ki aap shor kyun macha rahe ho,itni chotti si baat par…after seeing his behavior,we wanted to speak to the Sr Manager who was not available and i gave my number to the Asst Manager so he can arrange a call back but it didnt happen..We were all Vegetarians and it really hurt are religious value and it would have affected our stomach also and might have lead to stomach infection.
I am escalating this issue to make sure that any other person should not suffer due to the Unhygienic Food and poor customer service of Sarvana Bhavan .
