travelling by Nethravathy express on 20/4/2011 had very bad experience
1> Unhygienic washrooms
2> Bed sheets packed with bed bugs,could not sleep the whole night
3> we demanded for complaint registers from the pantry manager and TT on duty,but they failed to produce the same.they told the complaint register is available with them,we were asked to register the complaint at the destination station.kindly Look into to the matter and action on this,so will other passengers not suffer,even after paying more than 1000-1500Rs..
Except b4 all the other coaches seems to be good,but we had a very bad day on board b4..
