I have purchased a book on 20th of May 2012 from www.crossword.in wide order number Order CWD346245885 named “The Competitive Strategy” by M Porter. The website shows the book is in stock. I paid it through my citibank credit card. The book was suppose to reach in 5-6 working days. When it didnt reached i enquire and they took another 5-6 days. There was no communication from crossword. I always called them up. After keeping my money from good 25 days they cancelled my order. Also they told me that money will reflect into my account after 7 days. So not only they kept my money for a month for no reason. They have wasted my good 1 month. and surprising that book still shows that it is in their stock
