Name of company/service: Airtel Digital TV
I have recharged my airtel dital tv with 1575 /- after confirmation from Customer care executive. He explain me if you recharge with >500 you can get 5% cashback and <1000, 10% cash back.
I waited for 2 working days and the money doesn't credit to my account. I raised a complaint and the airtel executive closed the complaint without customer confirmation. In fact My signal box doesn't wont from the day i raise complaint. My neighbor's doesn't have any issues. Only my setup box. This is not a fair trade practice by Airtel. Section 2 (1) (r) (3) (b) violation to increase sales by providing wrong information.
