A month ago the Standard Charted Bank executives campaigned in Tata Consultancy Services, Madhapur, Hyderabad.
I have recently opened accounts ( Salary, DMAT and Credit card) in Standard Charted Bank, Hyderabad during the campaign.
They told us there will be no deductions or charges imposed on you since its a special offer to TCS employees.
We, the TCS associates repeatedly asked about other charges if any and the SC Bank executives told us there will be no charges under
any case. We are distributed with the pamphlets of SC Bank offer for associates where it is clearly mentioned also.
But now the reality is ” An amount of 374.16 is deducted from my account as DP charges” as soon as I made my first transfer to my account.
This is completely unfair to deduct even after distributing pamphlets from your side and after taking assurance from you while opening account.
I raised the issue in SC Bank customer cell and alos to their representative who is campainging in TCS.
I have all proof regarding the incident. Kindly consider as soon as possible.
