Unfair deductions From Salary in the form of security and not providing salary of summer holidays

Respected sir
I rajeev Bhushan was elployee of Dasmesh Public School Mukerian affiliated under cbse Pachkulla.I have resigned on 09/06/2012 after competion my notice period.But they have not cleared my dues even no dues was signed by everybody including Principal.They have deducted Rs 2000 per munth from my salary in the shape of security which was against affilation by law rules and service rules. School has not given holiays(summer) salary for two consequitive years.I was PGT Chemistry and my wife was PRT English in the same institution and both were regular employees. My annual increment was also stopped by school and i was facing any charge.
Please solve my problem. Thank You
