Unfair deduction from prepaid balance

Location/place: Ahmednagar-Maharastra

Name of company/service: Airtel

This Airtel company cheat to it’s customer by activating any unwanted servise.the deduct balance without any intimation.I was called customer care,in first call they accepted their fault but in next call they not accepted their mistake and arguing with me.This happens every time.they always try to cheat customer.If they will not return my balance i will complaint in cosumer forumagainst Airtel.
