Unfair Deduction

now a days i use the SIM only for the purpose of net connection through dongle.

i was very much surprised to notice that the company was regularly deducting my balance for some useless services which i never activated.and more over i never realised any benifits of those services during the period when it was active in my number

extreme contradiction with those statement which they convey through ads in electronic media.

i called the customer care several times and as the junior customer care executives are not able to refund my balace i requested them to transfer the call to their senior and every time they told me to hold and after 1 or 2 mins the call was disconnected. what the did was just discontinuing the services.

i want my balance back.
