I am a student of distance learning from Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning(SCDL) Pune,Maharastra. At the time of admission & on online details they have not mentioned anything details about payment for completion pending assignment. I have attempted 2 times for a subject assignment & it was somewhere in end year 2011 & due to unavoidable circumstance I was not able to complete it. Now I want attempt it but they are charging for 300 rupees. Which is unjustified.
They are charging online exam fees 250 (earlier 150) & for assignment 300 rupees. Though assignments are part of the study they do open loot from the students. Please write to me id is [email protected]
Can I have any inputs how to take legal course on that.
