Unfair Balance Deductions

Location/place: vill.-boha distt.- mansa [pb.]

my tata docomo contact no. is 8437389900.
in between 10/07/12 and 11/07/12 about a 100 inr. of unfair deduction taken from my account. when i tried to contact customer care they told me it was for internet usage and when i replied them that i already have an internet pack with a balance of about 700 MB then they told me to call after 4 hrs. when i again called them again the same answer that “our system is not working so call after 4hrs.” and this all gone for about 4 days after that i stopped calling customer care.this all is not about 100 inr. it is about cheating customers and there are many more like me.

one more case is of today 17/07/2012 i subscribed to an internet pack by dialing
*141# then choosing new internet packs by dialing 4 then choosing more by dialing 6 and then it showed me a pack of rs.95 with 4GB data usage for one month when i dialed 2 and then 1 to confirm its activation then i was provided with only 2GB/month.and after calling customer care they are telling me the same answer”our system is not working please call after 4hrs.”
please solve my problem.
