Unfair balance deduction in every month

Location/place: Karnal haryana

Name of company/service: Tata docomo

I am tata docomo customer with m.no. 9813889495 and i want to complaint against tata docomo for unfair balance deduction day by day. Many time they activate service automatically and charge 30 to 50 rs. Today they cut my balance of rs.50 and said to me you active online imageryzone service. but this is absolutely wrong. and want to refund my balance.
