UNDUE PAYMENT DEDUCTED FROM CANCELLATION CHARGES

Cleartrip is not responding to my mails & queries which i have already put in since May onwards for the undue deduction of charges against my ticket cancellation for New Delhi-Kathmandu-New Delhi trip on 8th June & 14th June.Spoken to Cust care several times & written mails to their grievance cell but of no use.

Booking done for 24996/-

Deducted Rs 16995/- as Airline charges without any information as was told by Cleartrip.com that entire money would be refunded if cancellation done since these tickets are refundable.Based on the details provided by Cleartrip call centre executive ,I went ahead with my booking & lost my money 16995/- which is a hard earned money.

Nobody is listening from Cleartrip.Pls take stricter action against them Immd.
