Dear Concerned ,
I was surprised to get an unexpected high bill with late delivery charges on my Standard Chartered manhattan card # 4541982337629288 .
I do not received any payment details(account statement) or payment reminder earlier.
when I caled helpline and asked for statement , they shared a statement with no details mentioned of the usage. .
I make my all payments regularly and is annoyed with this kind of wrong treatment from Standard Chartered.
