Undesired VAS activation

I am using tata docomo services for since May 2012. I have many times applied for DND on 10th May 2012 and got acknowleggement as DND11166277896. I also requested docomo to stop call summary, with which they usually drop some service activation and while unlocking the phone which may get activated. I have 3 Times such incident and after that I called customer care to stop, he confirmed, that it is stoped.
Now after one month, today also I got meassage that Rs30.00 deducted for some service, which CC executive confirmed as stoped (he did not give me call reference number even on my demand). I do not know what to do with docomo, so I am planning to switch over to some other operator.

    The amount of Rs.30 has been adjusted in your account on 18-June-2012 currently there are no services in your number and there is no issue now
