my father shambhu dayal purchase a laptop (hcl) RS 24000/- IN 2011 (SEP) BUT WE FOUND MANY PROBLEM’S IN THIS LAPTOP LIKE … SCEEN PROBLEM,RAM, AND OR OTHER PROBLEM’S ND THE DEALER IS NOT GAVE US ORIGINAL BILL OF THIS LAPTOP ND NOT REPLACE IT PLS SIR PLS TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAIST TIS HCL LAPTOP DEALER
