Name of company/service: Airtel/postpaid
It is a humble request to help me for getting proper information from Airtel about my mobile no. 9950997582. I summarize the case as below:-
“I (Sudhakar Ratawa) am postpaid customer of Airtel having mobile no. 9950997582 in Rajasthan. Airtel provides me information about my approx unbilled amount through daily SMS from 121. On 28-11-2010 I received the same saying my approx unbilled amount is Rs. 161.3 as on 27-11-2010. On 29-11-2010 I received one more SMS saying my approx unbilled amount is Rs. 201.3 as on 28-11-2010. Then I called Airtel customer care at 198 and requested to explain/provide the details of the increase of Rs. 40/- in unbilled amount from 27-11-2010 to 28-11-2010, but they said they are unable to provide such information until my next bill generation. I also wrote emails (email communication attached herewith) regarding the same but did not get the right information.”
Apart from above in past also I had same type bad experience regarding unbilled amount with Airtel.
Such things create doubt in my mind that whether the information provided by Airtel through daily SMS regarding Unbilled amount is authentic or not? And if the information is not authentic then why it is provided to customers? Such things also force me to believe that perhaps my billing amount also having discrepancy.
I request you to help me on this matter to get proper information and compensation from Airtel.
