My main balance was deduced by 30 Rs. on 18 nov 2011. When i approached Reliance web world at Lawrence road, Amritsar they said dat a waiver has been given to you and you will not face the same problem again. Again on 21 st nov 2011 30 Rs. was deducted and also previous waiver was not available in my account. Approaching Reliance web world at same location, they said dat a waiver has been given to you of 30 Rs. and the previous waiver will also be added to your balance shortly but it hasnt come yet. I am fade up with this and they are not responding now. Please take strict action against these defaulters as every now and then they deduct balance and dont respond thereafter. I know several reliance mobile customers who have faced this problem and are still facing. Hoping for a good help from you.
