Dear Sir,
I am having a Savings Bank Account in SBI- Sadarghat branch, Burdwan West Bengal ,IFSC CODE- SBIN0008007 my Account No is 10444271766, On 30th July 2012 when I logged in to my Online SBI a/c through internet , I found that there is a debit entry of Rs. 12500/- in my A/c . It is showing that the transaction has been done from an ATM of Indira Nagar, Bangalore.
The Debit card is with me and I was in Burdwan, West Bengal on 30/07/12 , also I am not having any Add On card attached to this A/c , so how can there be an withdrawal from Bangalore when I am present in Burdwan West Bengal.
I have lodged a complaint through SBI call center on 30th July and my Docket No isOP80075640920. When I visited to ATM CHANNEL MANAGER ,SBI Regional Administrative Office, Burdwan, West Bengal on 30th July he further lodged another complaint with Docket Number AT80075646521 & told me to come after 7 days. Today I again visited to ATM CHANNEL MANAGER ,SBI Regional Administrative Office, Burdwan, West Bengal, he told that your complaint is close because this Txn. is Successful, and he also told me to contact my home branch for providing me the video footage.
Kindly look into this matter because 30th July 2012 I am in Burdwan West Bengal & my ATM CARD is also with me & I don’t share my ATM PIN NO to anybody then how it is possible to withdrawal Rs. 12500/- from Bangalore Indira Nagar ATM without my ATM CARD. Please do the needfull.
Please do the needful in urgent basis & reimburse me Rs. 12500/- as I am in urgent need of the money for Medical Surgery of my mother.
