On 19th april 500 rs got deducted from my SBI manyata Tech park branch bangalore and on going to SBI and even Banking ombudsman, the actions arent taken stating that my loan was irregular and hence debited to regularise. The excuse is baseless and my Education loan is perfectly fine as stated once by SBI personnel itself.This kind of breach of integrity and privacy should be punishable and hence i request the Consumer forum to take the case and provide justice and punish the guilt so that i can feel safe with my savings account with SBI.
