I bought a laptop on 7/9/11.
It is in warranty but the Dell company not giving the service on its product. Because its customer executive saying that
this material do not have the Indian warranty.And it is an illegal system from us.Dealer has given you the dell unauthorised laptop.
When i gone to dealer , he tell me that he is ready to change the system. but 2 months are over , i am contacting him again and again. but no proper response from him.and he is not ready to give me refund of the fraud laptop as well.The most shoking thing is that he is an dell authorised dealer.then also he given me this unauthorised laptop
