Unauthorised Deductions

Name of company/service: Reliance Communication

Every day deductions are being done from my account for services that I have not activated and called for.
I have already called the customer Care many times and complained about the same. Customer Care representative have always assured me that the same would not be repeated. However, still deductions are being done. Please help….
