Hello sir, I am using a aircel phone no of bhubaneswar region. on 4th of july i did a recharge of 74 as a rate cutter pack. and acording to it the rates that are applicable is 1.2p/2 sec…. as it is shown as in their website i.e www.aircel.com.How ever the amount is deducted is rs 1.5 per min. I called to the coustomer service 9.00 am and they replied that this rate cutter pack have std facility as rs 1.5 per min and hung up. than again i called and 2nd representative said that the charges that are applicable is 1.2 p/ sec…. i want to make a complain about misrepresentation on the website and also looking to have compensation so that these telecom company should stop misbehaving and deducting anouthorised money.
