i am a idea cellular customer bearing mobile no. 9433388488. off and on they are deducting an amount from my balance without my consent by activating value added services.although i have opted for DND option for my number.i have made a complained but customer care operator told me that they have nothing to do in this case.
I am facing the same problem from Airtel in Pune. This happens once in every 15 days, they activate some value added service and deduct some balance. When I call the customer care, then they will block that service. I think Airtel is smart in this case, when a customer wants to talk to the customer care executive, he/she will be charge for that as well. This company is making loads on money from many customers this way, which is very cheap customer service. I am planning to file a case against these kind of operators for providing such service.
