unauthorised activation of services

Location/place: thane, maharashtra

Name of company/service: tata docomo

Rs. 30 were deducted from my TATA DOCOMO no. 9029482334 at 5p.m. on 20th June 2012 with out me accessing or activating any paid service following which i recieved a message that a perticular service has been activated and I would have to call them to deactivate the service for next month. Moreover, on calling the customer care helpline, i was told that the Rs.30 were deducted for internet access. On asking further details of the usage one miss Tejaswini Lokhande told me that this information could not be disclosed. Pls take the neccesary action and keep me informed via email.

    The amount of Rs.30 has been adjusted in your number on 20-Jun-2012 and currently there are no services activated in your number and there is no issue
