I booked a flat from a Builder-Annai Builders Real Estates Pvt.ltd company at chennai. I paid 20% of the Cost of the flat mentioned by the builder for the project and the rest will be completed by the HDFC bank Loan Dept.which was informed by the Builder
at the time of agreement, and the agreement also signed. But when I applied for home loan in HDFC Bank, they said that the project is unapproved and hence my home loan amount cannot be sanctioned. Either I want the money to be refunded / the home loan amount to be sanctioned from the Bank.I am now put into a delicate situation.I would like to lodge a complaint against the company – Annai Builders Real Estates Pvt.ltd., for delaying my home loan process from their side. Kindly do me the needful.
