unable to use my credit shell amount

I made a flight booking from Amritsar to Patna of Spicejet airlines( SG-2758) on 22 may 2020 for date of 03 june 20 thru online portal of cleartrip.Unfortunately my flight got cancelled. and all the cancelled amount put in credit shell hold with cleartrip. thruout the year i tried to use the credit shell amount but not sucessfull. as per email i recevied from cleartrip , the credit shell amount is valid for online travelling upto 31 march,2021. i am not able to use the amount till now. so kindly refund my amount of 4780. contact no 9102409409
