I Vipin Khanka who has saving salary a/c no 06051140000872 with card no ATM card no 4386 2430 0926 9038 at HDFC Dharamshala. I wanted to take out Rupees 500 from SBI ATM Kotwali bazar on 23.11.11 at 13.51hr,but to my dismay I got the slip as Unable to Process from your ATM booth.And further I got the sms at my mobile,that you been debited with Rupees 500.Kindly help me in this matter
