Unable to get the Connection after letter acceptance

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Rajesh Kumar resident of c1-24 gali no.5 Rajapuri, Unable to get the LPG connection from the particular gas agency after getting letter for the connection. They are giving us the information about regulator shortage and not processing the document for connection. So, Plz; Help me in this regard.
