Unable to get incoming calls

Hi,

I am Chandra Sekhar, recently I have ported from UNINOR to IDEA using Mobile number portability.

From the day I switch to IDEA I am unable to get incoming calls, I have raised a complaint by calling to Idea customer care, visited the IDEA showroom (KPHB, Hyderabad) where I have got the SIM. I have repeatedly calling customer care for resolving my problem. It is almost 10 days and my problem is not solved.

No incoming for 10 days as of today is very much inconvienent and a huge business loss for me.
