Unable of Cable Connection

Dear sir,
I informed that ,I connected cale connection from “VCN Networking people” services ,176/1 linton Street , Kolkata -700014,Tel:033-64511303.I have paid full yearly amount Rs.1,800.00 (07.02.2011 to 06.02.2012).by, Reciept no.VCN/93544 , date:07.02.2011.
But sir, they not connected connection till now.
