I have purchased a new TATA Photon Plus connection on 03.10.2011(Tata Photon No. 09235034703). And my address verification completed on 04.10.2011. I took my first unlimited pla of Rs. 950.00 per month. After 15 days I call the costumer care office for some help then they told me a new plan of 1 year of Rs. 10,000.00. They told me a lot of things about that plan. After few days a call come and asked me for to activate this plan.
I asked them there are 14 days left of my first plan than they told me that it will activate after old plan expires. I asked if I want any amendment then what will you do then they said that they must help me any time.
Sir after 4 days I called him not to activate new 1 year plan after 02.11.2011 because more than 1 weak remained. But they carry on making excuses and at last after a no. of callings and complaint they activate this plan.
I also requested to close my connection but after 2 to 3 weak they done this. And during these they connectivity is not present in my device.
As my connection was closed I think that everything will be OK but on 06.06.2012 one call come from no. +91856904923 and they pressurized me to submit Rs 10,000.00 in the same day otherwise he will make a penalty of Rs 58,000.00 on me.
What will I do if connectivity may present then I make some plan to gave him the bill of these few months. But device is stopped working in 2011.
Kindly help me about this matter. I am a poor person and I cannot afford this amount.
