I, Amit Bhatia am from Ahmedabad. I had contacted Tyalon for my bathroom Shower cubicle.
The Ahmedabad franchise of Tyalon- ESS ENN Services, sent me the quotation of 31k according to the size in January.
After collecting an advance payment of 15K, these people never turned up neither picked up the calls.
After a long struggle after catching these guys, they told that the material is delayed and hence they could not install shower enclosure.
They finally did so after 3 long months. I appreciate the service that TYALON ESS ENN SERVICES provides.
Once the fitting was done, they asked for the remaining payment.
Mr Arup/Anand were not ready to take the measurement and they told that ” This is final bill you have to make payment of this amount”.
We did not release any payment and we asked for bill bifurcation.
Today on 14th july, they came up with bill bifurcation and the amount rose to 37.5K.
When asked for the clarification, Mr. Anand said “If you ask for bill bifurcation, then the bill amount rises and client has to pay this raised amount”
These people unnecessary charge heavy amount. and they do these malpractices in the market
