I purchased a 5 in 1 lounger on Sept 28 2011 and a defective product was delivered after 20 days. I returned the product on November 5th & till date (7 May 2012), i’ve not received my product. Every time I call up the customer care +91 9223111014, they assure me that the product will be delivered shortly. I’ve asked them many times to connect me the their line managers, but in wain. My order number is OW00013348 (read the first character as O as in Owl). I would definitely say no one should patronize the products from TVC Sky shop.
