Try to get my money back!!!!

Location/place: New Delhi /Janak puri

Name of company/service: Airtel Broadband services

This Complaint is regards to Airtel Wi-Fi broadband connection which I try to buy on 22may by paying starting amount of Rs 500.0 to your employee Mr.kukshar Khan by cash with necessary docs and he said it will take 48hrs to install new connection with Wi-fi

Then later we keep on calling him for next 7days for connection but got reply it will be done today or tomorrow, today or tomorrow. Later on I had buy new TATA connection which I got same day and advice Mr.kukshar Khan and to your CC to refund our amount ASAP

Then we stared getting calls from your sell department for next 7days that details occur due to some technical issues if you want we install your connection now ,,,advice them i want my money and docs back ASAP but no reply from airtel

then i had sent 01 mail to ([email protected]) airtel mail id 22/06 and got below reply

Ref: Email dated 22-06-2012, regarding refunds for your airtel account number 7005696329.

Thank you for writing to airtel and the opportunity to assist you.

We would like to inform you that as checked in our records your account has already been canceled with the effect from 04-06-2012. As per process, the security deposit/activation charge of Rs.500/- will be refunded through cheque within 20 working days from the date of connection got canceled.

Please do write in for any further assistance.

but today is 11jul but msg.. no call.. no money reply…from Airtel…
